By using PostDecks you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.

Who we are

PostDecks is operated by Social Impact Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08995296), with its registered office at 12 Limedale Avenue, Oakwood, Derby, England, DE21 2UE.

The service

PostDecks previews how a social post will look across different platforms and exports images or a PDF for sign-off. That part runs entirely in your browser. With a free account you can also share a post as a link for a client to approve, which stores a copy of that post with us. The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Accounts

An account is free and optional. You are responsible for what you share from it and for who you send your links to: anyone with a link can open it. An account keeps a limited number of links, and we may change the limits, or change or withdraw any part of the service. If we ever close the service we will give you notice first where we reasonably can.

Connected X accounts

If your account can connect an X account, we publish the posts you schedule on it, at the times you set, and do nothing else with it. Connect only an account you are allowed to post for, and send a connect link only to someone who expects it and controls the account. You are responsible for what is published, and X's own rules and terms apply to it. Publishing depends on X: if X refuses or delays a post, we tell you rather than retry without limit, and we are not liable for a post that is published late or not at all.

Acceptable use

Use PostDecks lawfully. Do not use it to create, preview, or distribute content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others. Shared links are for showing a client a post, not for hosting files or publishing to the public. We may remove a link, or close an account, that breaks these terms.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images and text you add. When you only preview and export, everything is processed locally and we never receive it. When you share a link or save something to your account, you give us permission to store that content and show it to the people you send the link to, for as long as the link or the saved item exists, and for nothing else. We claim no rights over your content.

Trademarks

PostDecks previews are visual approximations of how posts appear on third-party platforms. X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. PostDecks is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

Liability

PostDecks is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the tool.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
