PostDecks is free. Previewing and exporting need no account, and client approval links come with a free one.

So which one
Buy HeyOrca if
you want one tool to schedule, publish, report and approve, and you are willing to move your workflow into it. HeyOrca does all of that and PostDecks does none of it except the approving.
Use PostDecks if
you already have a scheduler you like and the only broken part is getting a client to sign off. That is the whole problem PostDecks solves, and $59 per client per month is a lot to pay for an approval button.
