- Is PostDecks really free?
- Yes. Previewing, exporting, and sending clients a link to approve are all free. PostDecks is paid for by the small ads beside the tool.
- Do I need an account?
- Not to preview or export: that runs in your browser with no sign-up and nothing to install. You need one to send a client a link, because the link has to be kept somewhere and we need to know where to email their reply. It takes an email address and one click, with no password and no card.
- Can clients approve without an account?
- Yes. You send a link and they approve or leave a comment with no login, dashboard, or app to learn.
- What happened to PostDecks Pro?
- Pro was the paid plan for approval links, campaign decks and branded exports. Since October 2026 all of that is free: approval links and decks with a free account, and your logo on PDF exports with no account at all.
- Are there any limits?
- Only backstops that ordinary use never meets: an account keeps up to 200 links at a time, and images are resized before they are stored. Deleting a link you no longer need frees its place.
