Just wrapped our summer brand shoot on the Amalfi Coast. Three days of golden light, espresso, and very patient models. Here's one of my favourite frames from sunset on the final evening. Full behind-the-scenes gallery drops this Friday.

Preview every major platform. Export one PDF.

A free tool for the agencies and creators who need pixel-accurate previews before anything goes live. No account, no server, no cost.

Why the same post looks different

One caption and one set of images can look completely different from platform to platform. Three things decide how it renders:

Image ratios

Instagram defaults to 3:4 portrait, Facebook and LinkedIn prefer 1.91:1 landscape, X shows 16:9, and Stories fill a full 9:16. Upload one image and every platform crops it differently.

Caption cut-offs

Every platform cuts long captions at a different point. Instagram hides everything past about 125 characters behind a more link, LinkedIn around 210, and Facebook around 477. X shows the whole post but caps a standard account at 280 characters, with more on Premium. PostDecks applies each platform's rule as you type.

Galleries

Instagram builds a swipeable carousel. Facebook and LinkedIn arrange orientation-aware collages. X uses fixed templates. The same set of images renders a different layout everywhere.

How it works

  1. 01

    Upload and compose

Drag in your images, paste the caption, and set the display name, handle, and LinkedIn headline. Every preview updates live.

  2. 02

    Review every format

Switch light and dark, change aspect ratios, and filter down to the platforms you are posting to.

  3. 03

    Export and share

Download one combined PDF proof sheet, or individual PNGs per platform, then send it for sign-off.

Platform specifications

The exact ratios, limits, and truncation points PostDecks renders against.

Your content stays private

Everything runs in your browser. When you upload an image it is processed locally and never sent to a server. No account, no upload, no storage. Close the tab and the images are gone.

That matters when you are working with unreleased campaign assets. Your client's images and copy stay on your machine through preview and export. Nothing is logged, retained, or visible to anyone but you.

No cookies and no cross-site tracking. Anonymous visit counts come from Vercel Web Analytics, and nothing else is collected. Full detail in the privacy policy.
