- How long can a Pin title be?
- A Pin title can be up to 100 characters and the description up to 800. PostDecks counts your characters as you type.
- How much of a Pin title shows in the feed?
- One line. On Pinterest's website that is about 25 to 30 characters on a desktop and about 20 on a phone, and Pinterest's own guidance is that the first 40 characters may show. The description does not appear in the feed at all, so the start of the title has to carry the Pin. PostDecks cuts your title in the same place.
